RAHEL ZIMMERMANN

Born in Glarus in 1988. Bachelor's degree in architecture at ETH Zurich. Studied composition for film, theater and media at the Zurich University of the Arts. Completion of the Master's degree in 2019 with Peter Scherer and Germán Toro-Pérez.

Her work includes compositions for film, theatre, instrumental pieces, songwriting and spatial compositions. The embedding of sound in space is one of her main  interests.

She is a member of Sonart, SMECA, Forum Filmmusik, SUISA and SWAN
